Nowadays we are living in an unfortunate economic situation, and wishes for better times are becoming more and more heartfelt.
The idea that we proposed for the 57th edition of Girona Temps de Flors was to represent all these wishes (and others) by making 4 to 5 dandelions 1.5m high with recycled materials and paper. The seeds of this plant were made by paper strips where previously we wrote all the wishes of people who participated in the project.
The installation represents the moment when all the dandelion seeds fly away, as they do when we blow the flower seeds to make a wish.
